point for your travel planning and that all material facts published be
confirmed with a travel consultant or directly with the travel supplier
prior to making any definite travel plans or placing a deposit which may be
non-refundable in some cases. Many travel suppliers also enact a monetary
penalty for canceling or changing certain reservations. The travelers are
subject to the terms, conditions and availability of each independent travel
supplier within this Web Site. Step by Step Travel is not responsible for
any typographical errors, incorrect prices, price changes or offer
withdrawals without notice.
All cruise,
packages, and tours and every other accommodation are based on double
occupancy, availability, and are sold strictly in US Dollars. Cruise prices
are cruise only and do not include port charges or any airfares. We do
accept clients outside of the United States of America; however, all sales
will be in US Dollars and funds must be paid via cash transfer with Western
Union a worldwide money transfer company or if accepted by the tour
operator, a widely used credit card such as Visa or Mastercard.
We do ship
travel documents via standard UPS or regular mail. If there is a need
for overnight delivery or shipping of docs outside of the USA, then the cost
will be billed to the client. When booking online tour operators can
send documents directly to you versus having them come to the agency first
saving on shipment time.
Step by Step Travel reserves the right to
modify, change, or discontinue these terms and conditions and without
notice.
Use of this
website is for the planning of making travel reservations. This
website is the property of Step by Step Travel. Third party vendor online
reservations are the property of those vendors, which we have granted use
for co-branding.
This agreement
shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas and Dallas County for
any disputes arising against Step by Step Travel; however, each tour
operator has their own jurisdiction in various US states depending on their
location.
California
Residents: Step by Step Travel is a Seller of Travel to California
Residents. Our CST number is 2077604-40; however, as we are not in CA our
account set-up requires CA residents to make all payments via credit card.
We do not accept cash or check payments from CA residents.

Reservations & Deposits:
We follow the deposit policy of each tour company. You should review
in detail the booking and cancellation policy of your tour company
located in your brochure. If you do not have a brochure readily
available, we can fax you a copy of the terms and conditions or send
via email upon request.
Step by Step Travel does
not charge service fees for reservations on cruises, packages, and
tours. The only exception is: Step by Step Travel does not allow
the transfer of bookings to other agencies or direct to a tour
operator once money is on the reservation except in the event a
transfer fee is paid prior to the release of a booking. The
transfer fee is determined by the cost package booked.
We provide online reservations with
Sandals and Beaches resorts, Royal Caribbean, Mark Travel companies
such as Funjet Vacations, Globus and Cosmos, Apple Vacations, Royal
Caribbean, Celebrity Cruise Lines, and Pleasant Holidays. You can find
their logos throughout the website to make reservations. Online
reservations are servicing destinations world-wide. |
Travel Protection Plans:
We STRONGLY urge you to purchase a travel protection plan, that covers
issues that may cause you to miss your trip. Illness, flight delays
and various types of unexpected family emergencies can be covered
depending on the plan purchased. |
